The Distressed Finish Scarf from the Yohji Yamamoto POUR HOMME A/W 2026–27 collection is defined by an expressive, handcrafted aesthetic and distinctive textile treatment. Featured in LOOK 11 and LOOK 38, the scarf combines medium-weight twill with long-pile cut jacquard to create a rich, tactile surface.
An innovative combination of opal printing and pigment printing is applied selectively to the intact areas of the fabric. This technique creates an intentionally uneven appearance, giving the scarf a naturally distressed, hand-finished character where every detail feels organic and individual.
The contrast between the structured twill base and dimensional long-pile jacquard creates visual depth while maintaining the artistic, unconventional sensibility associated with Yohji Yamamoto POUR HOMME.
